Mer-mummies baby massage is a lovely first class for babies from 6 weeks to crawling. It uses movements from Indian and Swedish massage aswell as incorporating elements of reflexology. Studies have shown that regular massage offer numerous benefits for caregivers and their babies.

Benefits of massage

  • Can help alleviate trapped wind, constipation and reduce colic
  • Strengthens and tones muscles
  • Can help alleviate cold symtoms such as nasal and chest conjestion.

  • Teaches postive loving touch between caregiver and baby, increasing bonds and connections

    2 sessions in the comfort of your own home at least a week apart.
