Questionnaire
Prior to commencing any of my classes, you will be required to complete a screening questionnaire in order for me to confirm you are safe to exercise. I am unable to assess fitness levels, therefore I promote working at the pace that is suitable for you.
Seeking Guidance
There maybe some circumstances where you will need to seek guidance from your named midwife or obstetrician before exercising in water.
Notify me of changes
Before each class it will be your responsibility to advise me of any changes that may have occurred through your pregnancy
Individual advice on your own current pregnancy cannot be given, and any issues raised would always need to be taken to your GP, midwife, obstetrician or relevant health professional
